"Getting in the Coal" by Roger Williamson

A few years ago, homesick for West Virginia, I was surfing the web for paintings of the Applachian mountains.  I came across Roger Williamson's site.  He sells his paintings online and in a small drugstore in Logan, West Virginia.  I took a trip to my hometown and talked my sisters into going with me to Logan.  I found the painting I wanted already matted.  "Getting in the Coal"  reminds me of my Grandmother's house.  Her coal pile was in the same place.  I love this painting.  I recently visited Mr. Williamson's web page and have found that he is no longer offering this painting.  I'm glad this one belongs to me now.
